Typically managing smaller projects than our sister company Optimum Drywall but small doesn’t mean simple, as typically dry-lining is just one of the many services that ‘combine’ into one carefully managed project, many of which are in a ‘live’ working environment!
Optimum specialise in the commercial market as well as having completed several residential developments. Recent projects include hospitals, schools and a prestigious MOD development.
A suspended ceiling is a secondary ceiling that is hung below the main structural soffit of a building. The ceiling system creates a void which can be used to conceal services such as electrical containment and ductwork, yet allows easy access for maintenance when required. This is a fast and lightweight metal frame construction that can be utilised in different areas of a building by using a range of tile types including metal and mineral fibre, these are now available in many finishes and colours. Specialist tiles can increase fire resistance, enhance sound absorption and be used in areas of high humidity.
Glazed Partitioning Systems offer a modern and clean looking solution, ideal for office refurbishments, new office fit-outs and also serve to divide a space, where there is limited natural light.
Our systems typically consist of an aluminium head and base track in a range of colours with the glazing fitted as specified for each individual project.
Our systems come with standard and bespoke door packages where acoustic ratings are different from room to room.
On completion of the framework, our specialist glazing team will conduct a full site survey before returning to fit usually within 7-days.
We also advise on safety ‘banding’ (manifestations) inline with DDA Regulations, ensuring that glass panels can be easily identified.
